This Privacy Policy explains how Thiqatech (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit thiqatech.com or contact us through it. Thiqatech is a software development company based in Muscat, Oman, serving clients across the GCC.

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message, along with your phone number, company name, and service of interest if you choose to provide them.

There are no account sign-ups, newsletters, or other data-collection forms anywhere on this site — the contact form is the only place personal information is submitted to us.

We use what you submit solely to respond to your enquiry — to understand your project, prepare a proposal, and correspond with you about it. We don't use your information for advertising, and we won't add you to any mailing list without your separate, explicit consent.

Our contact form doesn't submit your details to a database. It prepares an email addressed to info@thiqatech.com and opens it in your own email application (or, if you choose that option instead, a pre-filled WhatsApp message) for you to review and send yourself.

That means your message is delivered the same way as any other email you send — through your own email provider — and you stay in control of it until you press send.

This site runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. We use a small amount of necessary browser storage purely to remember your preferred language (Arabic or English) between visits — that preference is never shared with us or any third party and contains no personal information.

If that changes in the future, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain a record of our business communications, and no longer. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see “Your rights” below.

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing. Because your message is sent from your own email client, it necessarily passes through your email provider's servers (Gmail, Outlook, and so on) the same way any email you send does — that part is outside our control and covered by your provider's own privacy policy.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that's inaccurate, or delete it entirely. Email info@thiqatech.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

This site is served entirely over HTTPS. Because we don't operate a database of visitor information, there's no central store of personal data on our servers to be breached — your information lives only in the email thread you create with us.

Our site links out to WhatsApp for direct messaging. If you use that link, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation — we don't control how WhatsApp (Meta) handles your data there.

We may update this policy as our site or practices change. The date below reflects the last update, and we'll reflect any material change here.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
